Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PeekPilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PeekPilot provides website uptime monitoring and SSL certificate expiry monitoring. The Service checks the URLs you provide at regular intervals and sends alerts when issues are detected. Service availability is on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for monitoring failures caused by network conditions, misconfigured URLs, or third-party infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Plans and Billing
Free plans are provided at no cost. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and authorize recurring monthly charges until cancelled. Plan features and limits are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, except as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PeekPilot is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, missed alerts, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
The PeekPilot name, logo, website design, and code are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your account data, monitor configurations, and status page content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Free accounts inactive for more than 6 months may be terminated with 30 days' email notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
