Refund Policy

Free Tier

The free tier is completely free of charge. No credit card is required. There is nothing to refund.

Paid Plans

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your plan's features until that date.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• First charge: If you were charged incorrectly or did not intend to subscribe, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
• Service unavailability: If PeekPilot experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the service, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

Refund requests outside these circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair.

How to Request a Refund

Email we@peekpilot.com with:

• Your account email address
• The date and amount of the charge
• A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Cancellation

To cancel your paid subscription, use the billing portal link provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or contact us at we@peekpilot.com and we will assist you. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, please contact us first at we@peekpilot.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly without involving the formal dispute process.
